About This Class: This guided meditation class is created for those that want to heighten frequencies, balance energies and release discord and distractions. We all got "stuff" right? But when the stuff gets in the way it's blocks and obstructs the best parts of who we are and what we are here to do. Meditation and healing does not have to be difficult or unobtainable. Come and learn a gentle approach to meditation and be guided to dive deep into your awareness and awaken the healer within. We all have the ability to be happy and this energy work in the quickest and most effective way to BE HAPPY! The class starts with breath work as we begin to settle into a space of relaxation and healing. Nature responds to your frequency and your personal energy field. Law of Attraction and Nature only respond to how you "FEEL" so let's focus on feeling amazing so we all can have amazing and full lives. This energy is amplified when we come together and the results are powerful.
This $20 healing meditation class is 60 mins. I will share tools and shortcuts for ways to shift your energy and continue your journey to wellness. You bring a pillow, yoga mat, cushion or anything that will make you comfy. Extra water is suggested.
