Pilates: Raising Your Vibration through Body Movement
Upcoming Class Dates: March 13, 20 and 27 from 10:00a-11:00a
This class will ultimately connect the mind, body, spirit using essential oils, mindfulness techniques, and body movement. This class will bring about awareness of the present moment, connection to our life force energy through breath, and muscle focus using Pilates. Pilates has very similar benefits that meditation does because of the mental focus required to breath and perform movement with control and proper form. This class will naturally invigorate you, raising your vibration, and assist in aligning you with the best version of yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat and any supplies you may need. Spirit & Spark has a limited number of yoga mats to rent for $3/class.

About Your Teacher, Ashley: After being an energy healing practitioner and a pilates instructor for some time now, I became passionate about the idea of combing the two modalities. My belief is the way we feel emotionally reflects the way we feel physically, and vice versa. Why not take an approach from both sides and have a true mind, body, spirit experience? I strongly believe to have a great quality of life, we have to take the time to love and honor ourselves, and our true inner state of being.
