Class: How to Clear and Balance your Chakras through Visualization

About This Class: We're are all made up of energy, and we have different energy centers within our bodies that are called chakras. There are 7 major chakras that are associated with different parts of the body that deal with emotions, our connection to our higher selves, physical bodies, and our connection to spirit. When the chakras are not balanced, we can start to feel that energy shift, and become anxious, drained, unable to complete tasks and manifest positive change into our lives. Keeping the chakras clear and balanced can improve ones overall state of well being, and connection to mind, body, and spirit.

About Your Teacher: Ashley is an energy healing practitioner, psychic, and medium who has training and experience working with the chakra system.
