About This Class: Immerse yourself in this transformative class of breathing exercises, asanas (yoga poses), and meditation through sound and affirmations. This class is designed to move energy in your body to clear your chakras, create flexibility in your spine, and creating alignment with your physical self and your higher self.
This class is for all levels, including first timers. Please dress comfortably.
Your yoga teacher, Jen, is incredibly passionate about creating a practice to leave you feeling bliss, love, and satisfaction. She is highly intuitive in her teachings. She is very passionate about moving energy through your body, being able to clear your chakras by your own movement. Jen practices yoga and meditation daily, as she believes that you cannot teach what you do not do.
