A Few Ways to Maximize Impact & Sales
Your audience is far more likely to join when they hear directly from you. The most powerful promotions come from authenticity, not just graphics. To support the highest conversions:
• Share why this matters to you. Tell your audience what you’re excited to teach and why this panel feels important right now. When people feel your genuine investment, they respond.
• Speak directly to the problem it solves. Many people feel isolated, overwhelmed, spiritually curious but unsupported, or unclear about their next step. Help them understand how this experience offers connection, clarity, nervous system support, and grounded growth.
• Invite — don’t just announce. A personal “Join me” converts far more than a general promotion. Speak directly to your community as if you’re inviting them into a room with you.
• Share more than once on social media. Multiple touchpoints dramatically increase participation. Aim for at least:
1–2 feed posts
1-2 reels/shorts
1-2 stories: Use countdown stickers 48 hours before the event. This significantly boosts last-minute registrations.
• Send at least two solo emails. One announcement email and one reminder 5-7 days before the event. Reminder emails often convert the highest. I’ll be sending out 4 emails: initial announcement, two reminders, and one “last chance.”
• Use strong subject lines. Curiosity and relevance increase open rates. What subject lines would increase your own likelihood of opening the email?
• Emphasize transformation, not just features. Instead of listing what’s included, focus on how someone will feel after attending.
• Mention the accessibility. $22 is a modest investment for a live collaborative experience — remind your audience of the value.
• Encourage sharing. Invite your audience to forward the email or tag a friend who may benefit.
When you lead with your genuine excitement and the transformation this panel can offer, your community will feel it.
