The Heart Behind This Project

For years, I’ve felt a gentle but persistent nudge from Spirit: What if we brought our collective psychic and mediumship gifts to cases that still need light?

I remember three instances where premonitions of crimes came through just before they happened. In one of them, I called an anonymous tip line with what I had seen. I’ve also guided mediumship development students in tuning into a cold case, with information later shared with a homicide detective.

Our gifts have always been capable of more. And now, with the veil between dimensions thinner than ever, the time feels right.

There are over 25,000 people actively missing in the United States alone right now. Behind every name is a family still waiting — for answers, for closure, for their loved one to walk through the door again. Some cases are decades old. Some receive almost no media attention. All of them carry a heaviness that never fully goes away.

There are also mysterious deaths that leave families with more questions than answers. Was it foul play, an accident, or something else entirely? This project was born from that knowing and that nudge.

The Psychic Case Files with Dallisa Hocking is a collaborative space where we feature missing persons cases and mysterious events. We bring together psychics, mediums, channelers, tarot readers, astrologers, remote viewers, and other gifted intuitives to offer impressions, insights, and compassionate presence.

This is not about playing detective or promising outcomes we can’t control. It’s about keeping these stories visible, offering families the comfort of knowing people are still holding them in heart and mind, and exploring whether our intuitive tools can sometimes surface new angles, timing insights, or public awareness that helps.

Homicide detectives, forensic specialists, medical examiners, and investigators are deeply respected here. Our role is complementary at best.

• Understand that this is primarily about awareness, spiritual support, and keeping cases alive in the public heart — not about “solving” cases on our own

Some contributors will be featured in articles or interviews. Others will share their insights directly in the comment sections of case posts. Even if you’re still developing your gifts, if your heart says yes, I’d love to hear from you.

For Families, Loved Ones & Close Friends

If you are a family member, loved one, or close friend of someone who is missing or whose death remains mysterious or unsolved, and you feel this kind of gentle, respectful, spiritually-supported public awareness might be helpful, I would be honored to connect with you.

We only move forward with direct family consent. We won’t feature a case without it.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Families who are open to public discussion of their loved one’s case in a respectful, loving way

• A willingness to sign media release and liability waiver documents

• Comfort sharing photos, video clips, timelines, personality details, and any information you’re willing to make public so the intuitive community has context to work with

• An understanding that our impressions are offered in the spirit of support and awareness, never as investigative conclusions or guarantees

In return, you’ll receive:

• Compassionate, thoughtful coverage of your loved one’s story

• Intuitive impressions shared with care from our community

• The knowledge that people are still holding your loved one — and your family — in light

Other Ways to Participate

This project is meant to be collaborative and community-driven. Here are additional ways to help:

1. Read and comment thoughtfully on case articles published on my Substack. If a detail sparks an intuitive hit, a feeling, or a symbol, you’re welcome to offer it respectfully in the comments. Sometimes the smallest things shared in community can open new doors.

2. Suggest cases by emailing me directly. The best suggestions include information about the case and, if possible, a way to reach the family. (Important: We only proceed when the family themselves reaches out or gives direct permission.)

3. Simply share and amplify. Even if you don’t have intuitive impressions or a case to suggest, sharing these articles helps keep missing persons and mysterious events visible. The right person may see the story at the right time.

I want to be very clear:

• Psychic and intuitive impressions are subjective. They are offered in the spirit of exploration, support, and awareness — never as factual evidence or guarantees.

• We move slowly and with integrity. Not every suggested case will be featured. We prioritize cases where the family is truly open and where we can offer genuine, grounded support.

My deepest intention is that The Psychic Case Files with Dallisa Hocking feels like a warm, safe, and hopeful extension of the spiritual community we’ve already built together — never something sensational or exploitative.
